Osso Buco is a dish that I’ve had only a couple of times, you don’t see it on a lot of Italian restaurant menus. It is a Italian comfort food, and it is delicious.

There are a lot of wines to choose from when enjoying a good steak. You can have a Cab Sauv from Bordeaux or Napa, a Syrah from the Rhone Valley or Australia, a Merlot from right bank Bordeaux, or a Super Tuscan from Italy. All of these are great choices, but Barolo is our favorite wine with steak.

It’s hard to beat “steak night”, it’s a meal that pleases everyone in the family. In our house the favorite cut of steak is filet, and tonight that’s for dinner.

Lets be honest, if you’re going to make pizza at home, you want a pizza oven. There’s something about cooking pizza in a pizza oven where you see the flame, you have to turn the pizza, and you manage the cook level.
